Terms of Sale

1. General Information

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of digital goods from Halvtio OÜ, registered in Estonia, and operating via halvett.com (the “Seller”). By purchasing any digital products through this website or platform, you (the “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Description

All products sold are digital goods. These products are provided as downloadable files and do not include physical delivery.

3. Payment & Pricing

Prices are listed in EUR.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
The Seller does not collect or store payment details.

4. Delivery

After completing the purchase, the Customer will receive a download link via e-mail.
If the download link is not received within 4 hours, please contact info@halvett.com

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been downloaded. However, refunds may be considered in special cases, such as:

Duplicate purchases
Corrupt or non-functioning files (must be reported within 7 days)

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All digital products remain the intellectual property of the Seller.
The Customer is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product.
The Customer may not resell, distribute, modify, or claim ownership of the digital goods.

7. VAT & Taxes

The Seller, Halvtio OÜ, is registered in Estonia and is VAT-registered.
The Customer is responsible for any applicable local taxes outside Estonia.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not responsible for any technical issues, compatibility problems, or indirect damages resulting from the use of digital products.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

The Seller complies with GDPR and only collects necessary data (such as email for order confirmation).
Customer information is not shared with third parties.
